I like the idea of reducing the interest rate each year for on time


payments until it hits 0. It's the paying a $400 a month payment with only $80 going to principle that sucks.

The WSJ article typed out why it's very unlikely that they will lower interest rates or wipe away debt. It makes the deficit spending more.
